Job Summary As a Project Engineer, you will plan, develop, coordinate, and manage construction engineering activities for multiple construction projects.
Responsibilities Project Support:
Assist the Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent with project management tasks.
Problem Resolution:
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure quality construction, supporting the overall project schedule.
Project Coordination:
Manage subcontract coordination, contract administration, submittals, work plan creation and revisions, field verification of quantities and work performed, analysis of CPM schedules, pay requests, and regular schedule updates with narratives.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental requirements.
Additional Duties:
Complete other assignments as directed by your supervisor.
Driving Record:
Maintain an insurable driving record.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in the industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficient understanding of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials, and applicable standards.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibility:
Demonstrated capability to assume responsibility and meet deadlines.
Software Proficiency:
