Job Description

Reports to:
Project Manager and Project Executive FLSA:

JOB SUMMARY
: The Project Engineer position will provide effective and efficient support to the project's field management team and support assigned projects or project a r eas, along with support ing the Superintendent and Project Manager on an assigned project or multiple projects. The position will perform routine daily activities and assists in gathering and distributing information to t eam members and subcontractors.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
: Core Duties /
Responsibilities:
Oversees document control processes (submittals, RFI's, ASI's, change management, etc.) Assist with site safety documentation Assist with developing and updating project CPM schedule Assist in verification of quality of work put in place (QC conformance & punch list administration) Facilitating subcontractor and supplier coordination, and p rocurement working in conjunction with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager leading the project team. Other duties as assigned. Education /
Experience:
Completion of Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or m inimu m two (2) years o f ex p er i en c e i n th e infrastructure constr u c tio n industry .

Abilities:
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Primavera P6 Strong computer skills Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications. Proficient with building/estimating techniques. Strong initiative, communication, problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively in a team environment. Positive professional attitude, and strong customer service skills. % of Work Time Must have the ability to remain in a seated position. 90% Must have the ability to speak, write and comprehend English language. 100% Must have the ability to lift office products and supplies, up to 20 lbs. 20% Must have the ability to hear clearly. 100% Must have the ability to stoop, kneel, bend and reach. 10% Must have dexterity to write and manipulate computer keyboard and mouse. 100%

WORK ENVIRONMENT / TRAVEL
OFFICE:
