Job Summary:

Trihydro Corporation is seeking a civil project engineer to join its Fort Collins, CO office. The successful candidate will join our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit and assist in providing clients across many industries with effective, responsive, and safe solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Mentoring project team members. Managing projects and coordinating with clients. Performing and reviewing design calculations. Supervising figure preparation and preparing plan sets. Preparing technical memorandums and reports. Preparing and reviewing project specifications. Developing cost estimates. Preparing permit applications. Construction administration. Supporting business development activities.

Qualifications:

You have 7+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure including water and/or wastewater systems, water storage tanks, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, and grading and site development projects. You are a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Colorado or can obtain licensure within 6 months. You have an interest in maintaining existing client relationships, as well as developing new client relationships.

Performance Metrics:

Project Engineer will be evaluated on the following key performance areas during their first year: 1.

Technical Contribution and Quality:

Independently performs standard to moderately complex technical work within their discipline. Prepares technical deliverables (e.g., designs, analyses, assessments, plans, reports) that meet quality, accuracy, and regulatory requirements. 2.

Project Support and Coordination:

Coordinates with project managers and team members to support project objectives. 3.

Client and Stakeholder Interaction:

Represents the organization professionally in project-related interactions. 4.

Collaboration and Skill Development:

Collaborates effectively with project teams and supports a positive team environment. 5.

Safety, Compliance, and Professional Standards:

Performs work in compliance with applicable regulations, professional standards, and company policies. 6.

Professional Growth:

Demonstrates increasing independence and accountability for assigned work.

Summary pay range:
