Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering principles into existing systems. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform project direction and innovation. Develop detailed technical documentation and specifications for engineering projects. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions. Troubleshoot complex engineering issues and implement effective solutions. Experience A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred. Experience in engineering or related disciplines is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly. Experience working in collaborative team environments with a focus on innovation. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in engineering design and implementation.
