ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead structural engineering projects from concept to construction.
  • Develop structural designs, calculations, and detailed construction documents.
  • Effectively manage design schedules and meet project deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional construction coordination by providing immediate responses and producing effective solutions throughout construction.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants through responsive communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site visits, evaluations, and structural assessments.
  • Perform internal quality control reviews for company projects.
  • Produce high quality work while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software including RISA and
ENERCALC.
  • Proficiency in Revit required.
  • Expert knowledge of applicable building codes and standards.
  • Strong technical, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering (or structural emphasis)
  • PE License required or ability to obtain Colorado licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
  • 2+ years working in a structural engineering environment required.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
