In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of multidisciplinary industrial infrastructure projects in the mining, energy, renewable power, industrial, and chemical sectors. You will play a key role in both technical execution and project delivery, supporting engineering design while progressively taking ownership of project coordination, client interactions, and technical leadership responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer ready to move beyond pure design execution into broader project leadership. With us, you'll get the opportunity to: Lead the civil and structural design of heavy industrial projects from feasibility studies through detailed engineering and construction support Perform engineering analysis and design for civil and structural systems in accordance with applicable U.S. codes and industry standards Design and review: Concrete foundations Structural steel and reinforced concrete structures Equipment support structures Pipe racks, access platforms, and industrial structural systems Building structural components General civil infrastructure systems supporting industrial facilities Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, design memoranda, specifications, and construction packages Coordinate engineering activities with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, process, geotechnical, environmental, and project management teams Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, designers, and drafters Support quality assurance and perform technical reviews of engineering deliverables Manage assigned project tasks, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables to support successful project execution Participate in project planning, scope definition, cost estimating, scheduling, and resource coordination Interface directly with clients to clarify technical requirements, present engineering solutions, and support project delivery discussions Support construction through field reviews, site visits, technical issue resolution, and contractor coordination Contribute to continuous improvement, engineering best practices, and technical innovation Support business development activities including proposal preparation, technical input, and client relationship development We're looking for someone who is: Technically strong and solution-oriented Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Able to balance technical execution with project delivery priorities Collaborative and effective in multidisciplinary environments Comfortable mentoring junior team members Strong in communication, client interaction, and coordination Adaptable in a fast-paced consulting environment Committed to safety, quality, and ethical engineering practice Detail-oriented with strong engineering rigor and sound judgment Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture? Results-driven and proactive Eager to learn and develop technically Collaborative and team-oriented Curious, analytical, and solution-focused Adaptable in a dynamic project environment Detail-oriented with strong engineering rigor Committed to safety, quality, and ethical practice Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Summary of certifications and job requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structural focus, or Structural Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure in the applicable U.S. jurisdiction within a reasonable timeframe 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering Experience in industrial, mining, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors Demonstrated experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects Experience coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables Strong understanding of North American civil and structural design codes and engineering standards Experience with engineering tools such as:
SAP2000 / ETABS
