Job Description

Our client seeks an experienced Structural Engineer to lead designs for steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and foundation systems, including piles, from concept to construction completion. Role Overview This position requires managing full structural drawing sets, calculations, and multidisciplinary coordination while ensuring code compliance and project timelines. Ideal candidates excel in high-quality designs for mid-rise apartments, restaurants, commercial buildings, and educational facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead structural design through construction documents using tools like RISA 3D, ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, ROBOT, and CORE. Develop AutoCAD/Revit models, perform analysis, and prepare specifications for steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and foundations. Coordinate with architects, civil/MEP engineers, and contractors; support permitting, bidding, and construction phases. Manage schedules, budgets, and compliance with IBC, IRC, and local codes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven structural design experience delivering projects from concept to completion. Technical Skills Expertise in structural steel, concrete, wood framing, masonry, and pile foundations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and analysis software (RISA 3D, ETABS, etc.). Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes. Professional Skills Excellent organization, time management, and multi-project handling under deadlines. Collaborative communication with project teams. Budget awareness and detail-oriented approach. Preference for 3+ years in structural engineering and AutoCAD. In-person role.
