Up to 75% (across PNW) An industry-leading consulting and design engineering firm specializing in mission-critical infrastructure is seeking experienced BAS Field Engineers to support large-scale data center and critical facility projects across North America. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will lead installations, support system startups, commission HVAC control systems, and drive successful project execution from installation through final turnover. The Role Field Installation & Execution Lead and coordinate on-site installation and wiring of BAS and HVAC control systems. Supervise subcontractors and manage daily site activities to ensure work is delivered safely and on schedule. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and site compliance requirements. Oversee site logistics and ensure quality installation practices. Commissioning & System Integration Support system startups and commissioning activities across mission-critical environments. Assist with software testing, validation, and troubleshooting of BAS platforms. Partner with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless system integration. Support QA/QC processes to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Documentation & Project Closeout Document installation progress and report on-site activities. Support commissioning documentation and final turnover packages. Ensure accurate reporting aligned with project and client requirements. Experience & Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management OR 2+ years of hands-on BAS controls installation experience. 5+ years of experience in BAS system testing, validation, and troubleshooting preferred. Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments is highly advantageous. Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of Tridium Niagara platforms and BAS communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus). Solid understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies. Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, and AE construction documents. Eligible for NFPA70E and OSHA certifications. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation package.
