  • Full-time Civil Site Engineer Delray Beach, FL We are seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in land development, site design, stormwater management, and permitting projects across residential, institutional, industrial, and commercial developments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical and communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment. Responsibilities Review municipal zoning and land development ordinances along with applicable agency regulations to determine site development limitations Prepare Site Investigation and Due Diligence Reports including ordinance reviews, utility research, agency coordination, and site visits Develop Conceptual Site Plans Prepare preliminary grading plans and site design layouts Design stormwater management systems, stormwater conveyance systems, utility systems, and soil erosion & sediment control plans Prepare construction cost estimates Coordinate projects with clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams Prepare technical reports including drainage, sanitary sewer, and site investigation reports Draft written correspondence to agencies, clients, contractors, and consultants Support project teams with additional engineering and design tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required Relevant internship experience preferred 1-4 years of experience in Civil Site Engineering preferred Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to maintain and operate a personal and/or company vehicle Technical Skills Familiarity with AutoCAD for production of site plan drawings General knowledge of truck turning and modeling software Understanding of planning and zoning processes General knowledge of hydrologic, hydraulic, and stormwater design principles Strong grading and drainage design skills Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies and review professionals preferred Familiarity with mapping and due diligence resources for site investigations Software Experience Experience or working knowledge of: AutoCAD Civil 3D Hydraflow, HydroCAD, and/or PondPack StormCAD and Storm & Sanitary Analysis (SSA) HEC-RAS Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe Acrobat for design markups Preferred Skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Independent and critical thinking skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Motivated self-starter eager to grow professionally Why Join Us?
