This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role while staying grounded in high-level site design and land development consulting. The Role As the Senior Project Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, you will be a cornerstone of the new office.

You will be responsible for:

Consulting Excellence:

Leading all aspects of land development consulting.

Team Leadership:

Managing and mentoring a team of professionals.

Client Relations:

Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Project Oversight:

Utilizing your deep technical expertise to ensure excellence in site design and permitting.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, dependent on experience. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of land development and possess the following credentials:

Education:

A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Licensure:

An active and current Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in the State of Florida.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in most aspects of land development and site design.

Technical Skills:

A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as hydrologic and hydraulic software.

Permitting Expertise:

Familiarity with the land development and construction permit process across all sectors in Florida.

Communication:

Good written and oral communication skills.

Position Details Location:

Full-time, on-site at the Fort Lauderdale/Dania Beach office location.

Travel:

Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).

Requirement:

Applicants should be able to pass a standard background check.
