In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural systems for a wide range of projects. Your expertise will ensure that structures are safe, sustainable, and compliant with all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies in civil and geotechnical engineering. Responsibilities Develop detailed structural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software to create accurate drawings and models. Perform structural analysis and system design utilizing FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools to evaluate load capacities and safety margins. Coordinate project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design phases and construction milestones. Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, and construction teams to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into overall project plans. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation through technical writing that clearly communicates design intent and compliance standards. Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to verify adherence to design specifications and safety protocols. Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for site analysis and incorporate geotechnical data into structural planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in structural engineering design, analysis, and project management within the construction or civil engineering sectors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Mathcad, System Design software, and familiarity with CAD drafting standards. Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, system design processes, and construction practices. Experience with FEA tools for structural analysis is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for technical writing, team collaboration, and client interactions.
