Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Civil Engineering Professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site Civil Engineering Professional role is based in Jacksonville. The position involves preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for residential, marine, commercial, and rail projects. Daily activities include working with agencies/ municipalities, contractors, clients, and associates. As a Florida Licensed Civil Engineer, you will apply your technical expertise and project management skills to deliver innovative solutions across infrastructure, water resources, transportation, and environmental sectors. Duties Lead the planning, design, and management of civil engineering projects utilizing advanced software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ICPR Develop detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders, cleints and agencies to meet project milestones. Prepare technical documents including schematics, system designs, construction estimates, and reports using tools like WaterCAD and ICPR and technical writing standards. Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; EIT/FE certification or progress toward licensure preferred. Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply standards, codes, and best practices. Proficiency with civil design software (Civil 3D and ICPR) and basic office productivity tools. Experience in Water Management District rules, including stormwater, drainage, and related site infrastructure. Project Management capabilities, such as organizing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting schedule and budget objectives. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Ability to perform occasional field visits, interpret plans on-site, and document findings clearly and accurately. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety, ethics, and inclusive teamwork.
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
