Small office with access to resources of a larger firm. Site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects. 4-12 years experience. Requirements Experience in surface water management studies, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, analysis and design, flood studies Experience preparing Hydraulic/Hydrology studies, drainage reports, design documents, plans and specifications for land development Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, public agency officials, WMD staff Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously Desired Requirements Detail site layout and grading; drainage and stormwater management design; utility design; erosion and sediment control Industry software: StormCAD, Hydroflow, ICPR, PONDS City, County and State WMD codes and regulations Interpreting plans, designing stormwater facilities, site grading and permitting Qualifications BS Civil Engineering preferred PE designation preferred 4+ years land development engineering and stormwater design/permitting High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
