Luxury Windows & Doors - Caribbean Projects We are a premier supplier of high-end, impact-rated windows and doors serving luxury residential and commercial projects throughout the Caribbean. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Engineer / Sales Associate to join our team. This role bridges technical project execution with client support, offering significant opportunity for professional growth in both engineering and sales. Position Overview The Project Engineer will support the successful execution of multiple projects from pre-construction through delivery. This individual will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and timely project progression. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, technically sharp, and eager to build a career in high-end construction and specialty building products. Key Responsibilities Support project management from contract award through project closeout Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and general contractors Assist in reviewing shop drawings, engineering documents, and submittals Maintain organized project documentation and document control systems Track project schedules, production timelines, and shipping logistics Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order documentation Participate in client meetings and provide technical product support Support the sales process with takeoffs, proposal preparation, and product specifications Help ensure projects meet performance requirements and client expectations Qualifications Undergraduate degree required (Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred) Highly computer proficient (Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, document control systems) Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to read architectural and structural drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Willingness to travel (including Caribbean project sites and local stateside project sites) Preferred Experience in construction, building envelope, glazing systems, or specialty trades Familiarity with high-end residential and hospitality construction Understanding of coastal construction requirements and impact-rated systems Exposure to estimating or technical sales
