Description:
Our firm is a full-service consulting engineering firm, with office in Alpharetta, GA. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta GA. The Senior Civil Engineer will play a pivotal role in overseeing various projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Develop civil engineering plans, specifications and estimates. Collaborate with other design disciplines, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with design specifications. Perform site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering roles. Experience with development of horizontal and vertical alignments, roadway construction plans. Experience with development of Work Zone Traffic Control plans and National MUTCD. Experience with development of grading, drainage, and soil erosion and sediment control plans Experience with Bentley Systems OpenRoads Designer and/or Autodesk Civil3D. Experience with GADOT is highly desirable. Proficient in CAD software and Bluebeam for drafting and design purposes. Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. #
