Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Track and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Support safety and quality control processes. Contribute to project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 1-6 years of experience in commercial construction for a general contractor Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with project management and scheduling software. Desire to grow into a leadership role in the field or project management.
