[Atlanta, GA] We are seeking a licensed engineer to lead a forward-thinking team in the commercial construction landscape, where innovation meets efficiency. This role focuses on guiding structural expertise to support architects, developers, and construction partners in delivering transformative projects that prioritize speed, quality, and sustainability. You'll play a key part in fostering collaboration across diverse commercial developments, driving professional advancement in a rapidly evolving industry that values precision and impactful results. Anticipate $120,000 - $150,000 annually Benefits include: Competitive health package and potential bonuses. Anticipated travel: Occasional field observations (local sites/shops). Onsite in Atlanta suburb. Responsibilities Perform structural engineering for cold-formed steel framing in prefabricated exterior walls. Prepare calculations, submittals, and review drawings/details. Assist in project development, code research, and client relations. Evaluate materials for offsite suitability and improve engineering standards. Occasional site observations. Qualifications Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE license required. Minimum 5 years structural design experience. Strong knowledge of cold-formed steel analysis software. Ability to read multi-trade drawings; site navigation skills. U.S. work authorization.
