Full Job Description Job Description:
Join Paul's Electrical Service, Inc. as a Project Engineer (Levels I-III). This role is open to candidates ranging from entry-level to experienced professionals and offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of electrical construction projects across Hawaii. You will support and/or manage exterior and interior electrical projects, coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. As experience grows, this role expands to include greater autonomy, oversight of multiple concurrent projects, and management of increasingly complex scopes. We are seeking motivated individuals with strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Established in 1965, Paul's Electrical Service, Inc. has grown into one of Hawaii's premier electrical contractors. What began as a modest house wiring and commercial operation has evolved into one of the state's largest electrical installers of underground infrastructure. Supported by our sister company, Integrated Construction, Inc. (ICI), we deliver comprehensive electrical solutions encompassing both exterior and interior work. Our project portfolio includes underground roadway street lighting, traffic signals and monitoring systems, airport runway and taxiway installations, industrial facilities (such as desalination plants and pump stations), lighting for athletic and public spaces, and infrastructure development for residential, commercial, municipal, state, and federal projects. Key Responsibilities:
(Responsibilities scale by level - PE I to PE III) Support and/or manage electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, reports) Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and external stakeholders (owners, consultants, contractors, vendors) Track project costs, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with contract, safety, and regulatory requirements
PE II-III
progression: Independently manage multiple concurrent projects Lead coordination efforts and resolve project challenges Oversee complex project scopes and ensure quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional off-site meetings and job site visits. A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel.

This Role If You Have:
