$75,000 - $89,000 per year Job Details - We are a leading construction firm with an established reputation for excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all project engineering aspects, including RFI, submittals, document control, procurement, and construction management. This role requires a high level of accuracy in grammar and writing, as well as a strong understanding of Bluebeam software. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the project engineering aspects of our construction projects, ensuring all work is performed in line with company standards and project specifications. 2. Handle RFI, submittals, and document control, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all written communication. 3. Procure necessary materials and equipment, liaising with suppliers and negotiating contracts to secure the best possible prices. 4. Utilize Bluebeam software to create, edit, and review project drawings and plans. 5. Work closely with the construction management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 6. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 7. Collaborate with various teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success. 8. Resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner. To be considered for this role, you should have: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. 3. Proficiency in RFI, submittals, document control, and procurement processes. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy in grammar and writing. 5. Extensive experience with Bluebeam software. 6. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and best practices. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. 9. Must be a U.S. citizen.
