This is a hands-on role working between the field and office-ideal for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to how projects actually get built. What You'll Be Doing Support project managers and field crews with day-to-day operations Track RFIs, submittals, quantities, and production Review plans and help with takeoffs and estimating Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors Visit job sites to stay aligned with field progress Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving What You'll Get Steady, long-term work on real infrastructure projects Direct exposure to both field and project management Opportunity to grow into higher-responsibility roles Work with a tight, experienced team (not a siloed corporate setup) What We're Looking For Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred, not required) OR relevant field experience in construction / utilities 0-3 years experience (internships count) Able to read plans and understand basic construction workflows Organized, responsive, and willing to learn Comfortable being both in the field and behind a computer Details Meridian, ID In-person role Pay based on experience
