at Farnsworth Group in Belleville, Illinois, United States Job Description Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil Engineer in one of the posting locations below. In this role you will be focused on the planning, design, and management of various civil engineering projects including water/wastewater/stormwater and transportation projects for local and government agencies. Louis, MO or Belleville, IL What You'll Do:
Manage, support and build relationships with clients and agencies Work with a variety of projects including water, sewer, streets, parks, K-12 and higher education, and renewables Conduct field inspections, measurements or calculations Perform condition assessments Prepare and develop construction, design documents and plans Manage projects and programs from inception to completion Working knowledge of storm hydrology calculations
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3 - 8 years of Civil Engineering experience FE or PE Certification, or expected to be obtained Experience or understanding of working with state and local authorities Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D Ability to work both in the office and field for construction engineering and observation Management, communication, and organization skills Who We Are Join Farnsworth Group, a nationally recognized architectural, engineering, and surveying firm, where your career can thrive! Salary Range:
