Position Responsibilities Lead structural engineering design and analysis for building projects of varying size and complexity Develop structural calculations, technical reports, design documentation, and construction drawings Coordinate with architects, developers, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff Review designs for compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and best practices Participate in project planning, client meetings, and overall project execution Support projects throughout both design and construction phases Required Qualifications Illinois Structural Engineer (SE) License —

REQUIRED
