What You'll Do:
As a Civil Engineer at CAGE, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting land development, infrastructure, and municipal engineering projects. You'll work side-by-side with licensed engineers and project managers on tasks such as: Preparing engineering plans, reports, and specifications Assisting in site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design Performing basic calculations under supervision Supporting permit applications and submittals Conducting site visits and field investigations Participating in design team meetings and client interactions Collaborating across survey and construction teams to ensure project success
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or expected graduation by May 2026) EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to team success Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
