We are hiring for this position with options for both full-time and part-time schedules, depending on the candidate's availability and qualifications. Here's what you'll do: Perform Chicago Department of Buildings structural permit reviews Provide occasional building inspection services Provide smaller scale design of structural building repairs/renovations Provide general support for the Structural Group We're looking for: Minimum of 5 - 10 years of building design and/or permit review experience required Illinois S.E. license required Inclusion on current Chicago Structural Peer Reviewer list is a plus ComEd (inspection/design services) experience is a plus Ability to do occasional building inspection work is a plus We offer: Competitive salary, benefits, and performance-based bonuses Health savings Account with V3 funding contribution Retirement plan with up to 6% company match Paid time off, holidays, and volunteer paid time off Professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Why V3?
