We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a rapidly growing infrastructure and environmental solutions provider. This is a unique opportunity to not only work on high-profile geotechnical projects but also play a pivotal role in helping build out and shape a growing office , influencing its culture and future direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for transportation, water, and infrastructure projects. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions. Support business development efforts and contribute to strategic growth in the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Geotechnical Engineering preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum 4+ years of geotechnical engineering experience . Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation design, and ground improvement. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
