Required:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline (environmental, geotechnical, or similar). Or equivalent experience 4+ years of progressive experience in site investigation/remediation projects (7+ years preferred) Strong project management skills with the ability to lead moderate to complex technical/regulatory projects Effective written and verbal communication skills Environmental field experience and 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER
certification Driver's License Required:
This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area Commitment to safety and adherence to health and safety protocols This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship Preferred:
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or a reciprocity state (or ability to obtain soon) Experience with innovative remediation technologies and high-resolution site characterization Proven ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with technical experts Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute site investigation and remediation projects across soil, groundwater, and sediments Plan and oversee field activities, including sampling, drilling, monitoring well installation, vapor intrusion assessments, and remedial construction Interpret environmental data, develop conceptual site models, and prepare technical reports and work plans Evaluate remedial alternatives and support clients in achieving cost-effective regulatory closure strategies Design and implement innovative remediation approaches, including bench-scale and pilot testing Mentor and guide junior team members while effectively delegating work Prepare proposals, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to business development initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes Who We Are:
