HVAC & PTAC
systems Conduct preventive maintenance inspections Ensure exterior curb appeal is excellent at all times Travel between properties as needed What We're Looking For Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or property maintenance Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC/PTAC, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently and with a team Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel between assigned properties Excellent communication skills needed to lead your team.
