This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support diverse infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. As a key contributor, you will utilize your expertise in civil engineering principles, project management, and construction oversight to deliver innovative solutions that positively impact communities and the environment. Your energetic approach will drive project success from conception through completion, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Duties Lead and coordinate civil engineering design efforts using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and GIS software to develop accurate schematics, system designs, and land survey plans. Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and construction management activities to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects. Conduct construction inspection and quality assurance to verify adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed construction estimates utilizing construction estimating tools and participate in project bidding processes. Manage system design for water treatment, wastewater treatment, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, and land surveying projects with precision and technical expertise. Utilize advanced software such as Mathcad, SWMM (Storm Water Management Model), HEC (Hydrologic Engineering Center models), ArcGIS, and System for Urban Water Management (SWMM) for analysis and modeling tasks. Draft comprehensive technical reports and documentation through technical writing to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations effectively. Requirements A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in civil engineering or related field. Proven experience in project scheduling, construction management, and construction inspection within civil engineering projects. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, GIS platforms like ArcGIS, and other relevant CAD/drafting tools. Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering principles, water/wastewater treatment systems, and land surveying techniques. Familiarity with software such as Mathcad for calculations and HEC models for hydrologic analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills for technical writing and collaboration with clients and team members. Experience with project management tools like Bluebeam for document review and project coordination is preferred.
