Job Description

Field Engineer:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of industrial construction projects. You will work closely with experienced project managers, subcontractors, and our internal team to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the construction industry. Why Join Us? Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Assist in the coordination and management of industrial construction projects. Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and report any issues to the project manager. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Assist in preparing project status reports and documentation. Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.
Education/Certification:
High School diploma or GED equivalent, required Bachelor s degree in Construction Management or other technically related field, preferred Valid Driver s License required
Required Knowledge & Experience:
2-5 years field construction experience preferred. Microsoft Project experience required AutoCAD experience preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID s) Ability to read civil, structural, architectural and mechanical prints Possess excellent computer skills utilizing MS Office products
Physical Activities and Requirements:
Must possess current, valid driver s license with no restrictions. Up to 75% travel required or as needed. #icmcareers1
