Full Job Description Job Summary:
Civil Engineer / Site Development Professional We are seeking one to three motivated professionals to join our dynamic consulting engineering firm. This role is ideal for a Civil Engineer—or related professional such as an Architectural Engineer or Landscape Architect—with an interest in site development and a desire to contribute across multiple disciplines. Our team works on a diverse range of projects, and we value individuals with varied technical strengths in areas such as transportation, hydrology/hydraulics, structural, and geotechnical engineering. Candidates should have approximately 3-10+ years of experience in civil/site development design. Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, roadway, utility, and/or recreational projects is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D FE/EIT certification with progression toward P.E., or active P.E. license Licensed Landscape Architects with site development experience are encouraged to apply For Mid- to

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team and drive the successful planning, execution, and management of complex construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, oversee technical design and system integration, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client specifications. Your expertise in civil, mechanical, and water treatment engineering will be vital in delivering innovative solutions that meet rigorous standards. Duties Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera to ensure timely delivery of all project phases. Prepare and review construction estimates and schematics utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other CAD software to produce precise technical drawings and system designs. Coordinate with project teams to manage construction management activities including site inspections, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) such as ArcGIS or GIS-based software to analyze spatial data for land surveying, hydraulics modeling (SWMM), and geotechnical engineering assessments. Oversee construction inspection processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications, codes, and environmental regulations related to water treatment, wastewater treatment, and pipeline systems. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation through technical writing skills to communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively. Support project management functions by tracking progress against milestones, managing change orders, and coordinating with stakeholders for system design modifications. Skills Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project. Strong experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit for drafting and schematics development. Knowledge of construction management practices with the ability to oversee construction inspection activities. Familiarity with GIS platforms like ArcGIS for spatial analysis and land surveying applications. Expertise in hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS), stormwater management (SWMM), and water/wastewater treatment systems. Ability to perform construction estimating accurately and manage project budgets effectively. Solid understanding of civil engineering principles related to pipeline systems, geotechnical engineering, system design, and system integration. Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports, proposals, and documentation. Strong organizational skills in project management coupled with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across various phases of construction projects.
