Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Design & Analysis:
Perform slope stability, foundation design, retaining wall analysis, and more.
Field Oversight:
Lead geotechnical investigations, inspections, and testing.
Project Management:
Develop proposals, manage timelines, and maintain client relationships.
Quality & Safety Leadership:
Uphold rigorous standards in every phase of work.
Proposal Development:
Create compelling RFP responses that highlight technical and financial value.
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Special Projects:
Contribute to internal initiatives and cross-functional efforts.
QualificationsRequired:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering3+ years of geotechnical experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsProven problem-solving abilityCommitment to safety and quality
Preferred:
