Job Description

Position Details:
Must be currently located in Wichita, KS or willing/able to relocate on their own.
Required:
Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering (Aero, Civil, Mechanical) with a strong curriculum emphasis on structural design and analysis and mechanics of materials is required. Minimum of 3 years analysis experience in airframe design/repair programs. Up to 5% Domestic and International Travel involved Authorized to work in the US without current, or future, need of visa sponsorship Position requires in-depth knowledge of classical and numerical (Finite Element) stress analysis methods. Exposure to airframe design, stress analysis, composites, MRB, FAR/JAR/CS/Part 21, Certification, CATIA, NASTRAN, PATRAN and
HYPERWORKS
is desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint). Proficiency with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
Preferred:
A Master's Degree in Engineering is a plus. MRO/Fleet Engineering experience is preferred. Proficiency with coding in Python a plus Conversational French and/or German is a plus.
Pay:
$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
