Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead complex civil engineering projects and mentor junior staff. This role involves technical leadership, project management, and client coordination to ensure successful delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead design and analysis for roadway, bridge, and infrastructure projects. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports. Coordinate with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 8+ years of experience in civil/transportation engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software. Strong knowledge of state DOT standards and procedures. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
