Key Responsibilities include:

Perform structural design and analysis for building and industrial structures Lead design production and execution across multiple active projects Prepare and review calculations, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate with civil teams and other disciplines Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and code compliance Support construction administration (shop drawings, RFIs, site visits) Assist with proposals and client coordination Mentor junior engineers and support team development Manage schedules and budgets to meet project deadlines

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited) Current Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Louisiana or ability to obtain) 6+ years of experience in structural design (commercial, building, or industrial) Strong background in hands-on design and project production Proficiency in structural analysis software (RAM, RISA, STAAD, or similar) Experience with Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

Industrial or heavy manufacturing project experience Client-facing experience Ability to mentor or grow into leadership responsibilities Ability to obtain required safety certifications (BOP, TWIC, site-specific).
