Project Delivery About the Opportunity We are hiring a Lead Site Engineer to support major construction projects in Louisiana. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who enjoys being on-site, working with construction teams, using advanced technology, and helping drive project quality and progress. In this role, you will serve as the senior field representative on the project. You will help lead the site engineering team, coordinate daily activities, support client communication, and ensure construction progress and quality standards are being captured accurately. This position is ideal for someone with experience on large-scale construction projects who is comfortable reading drawings, working with BIM models, using digital construction tools, and leading a small team in the field. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate daily activities for Site Engineers and Graduate Site Engineers on the project. Ensure team members follow company workflows, QA procedures, and data capture standards. Support adoption of cutting-edge construction technology among client teams and project stakeholders. Conduct progress tracking against BIM models using an Augmented Reality construction device. Perform on-site QA inspections and document findings within the project platform. Attend weekly client coordination meetings to review quality items, progress, and project updates. Monitor quality issues raised by the engineering team and help ensure they are reviewed and closed out by the client. Coach and support Site Engineers to maintain high delivery standards. Escalate project risks, blockers, or performance concerns to project management when needed. Perform daily progress capture and quality inspections alongside the site team. What We're Looking For Experience working on large-scale construction projects. Previous experience supervising, leading, or coordinating small teams. Strong understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, and site workflows. Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, field crews, clients, and stakeholders. Comfortable learning and using digital construction tools and new technologies. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment. Requirements Must have a clean criminal record. Must be willing to complete background checks and drug testing due to project security requirements. Must be open to travel or relocation depending on future project availability. This is a permanent role; ongoing assignments will depend on project availability and candidate flexibility.
