Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to design and develop safe, efficient crane lift plans for projects across New England. This role is critical to ensuring successful lift execution through technical expertise, planning, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities•

Project Engineer:

Create detailed lift plans and crane layout drawings Review construction drawings for planning and execution Calculate outrigger loads and determine mat sizing Analyze ground bearing pressures for mobile cranes Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Provide technical support and lift planning guidance Qualifications

• Project Engineer:

  Background in construction, crane, or rigging industry Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) EIT certification is a plus Proficiency in Bluebeam/Acrobat and CAD Strong math, geometry, and analytical skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong organizational and communication skills Compensation & Benefits
