Associate Geotechnical Engineer (Senior Level, PE)

A well-established, employee-owned geotechnical and geosciences consulting firm is seeking an Associate-level Senior Geotechnical Engineer (PE) to step into a key leadership role within its buildings and development practice. This position is ideal for an experienced geotechnical professional who enjoys leading teams, working closely with clients, and helping shape the next phase of a successful practice•with clear pathways to ownership and expanded influence across the firm. The Opportunity You will join the firm with an existing portfolio of well-established clients and take responsibility for managing and growing those relationships. While business development experience is welcomed, this role is not starting from zero-you'll be supported by a strong brand, internal marketing resources, and a collaborative national team. Over time, you'll play a growing role in new business development, with the expectation that you become more actively involved within the first 1-2 years, building on existing client trust and market presence.
