Senior Geotechnical EngineerMultiple Levels | Growing Geotechnical Division LVI is partnered with a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that is actively expanding its geotechnical division. Due to continued project demand and long‑term strategic growth, they are seeking ambitious geotechnical engineers across seniority levels, from 5 years' experience through to 10+ years. This opportunity offers clear technical and leadership progression within a firm recognised for complex, high‑profile projects and a strong culture of mentorship and professional development. The OpportunityYou will join a highly respected geotechnical practice delivering technically challenging work across the built environment. The firm supports multiple career pathways, allowing engineers to progress technically, managerially, or both, depending on individual strengths and career goals. Roles are available at senior and lead levels, with responsibility tailored to experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver geotechnical engineering analysis, design, and reporting for complex projectsSupport or lead site investigation planning and interpretationProvide technical oversight and mentorship to junior staffInterface with internal teams and external stakeholders as a trusted technical partnerContribute to project delivery excellence and quality standardsFor more senior hires: lead projects and provide technical direction across multiple assignments About You5-10+ years of geotechnical engineering experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) license required EIT candidates will be considered if actively pursuing PEBachelor's degree required in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering disciplineMaster's degree strongly preferredStrong grounding in geotechnical fundamentals, analysis, and reportingExperience working on complex or technically demanding projectsStrong communication skills and collaborative mindsetDesire to grow technically and take on increasing responsibility Why Join?
