You will oversee project execution, subcontractors, safety, quality, cost control, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring teams and driving performance.

Location:

Wellington, with work to be carried out as required on project requirements covering Canterbury, Manawatu-Whanganui, Nelson, Tasman, Marlborough, West Coast, Otago, Southland.

Minimum guaranteed hours:

40 Maximum hours per week: 52 Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering and construction activities Manage project schedules, resources, subcontractors, and delivery outcomes Monitor project costs, risks, productivity, and reporting requirements Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams Minimum Requirements Relevant Engineering qualification or related discipline Minimum 8 years' relevant engineering/project delivery experience Experience in large-scale or complex construction/infrastructure projects Strong planning, communication, stakeholder, and problem-solving skills If this sounds like you, apply now!
