These roles support the review, coordination, and execution of civil and structural engineering work across a variety of projects. It is ideal for early-career engineers (2-5 years) who are looking to grow within a collaborative and technically driven environment. Key Responsibilities Support the development and review of civil site designs, including grading, drainage, and stormwater management plans Assist with preparation and validation of engineering calculations related to site development and environmental compliance Review structural elements such as foundations and steel systems to ensure alignment with project requirements Evaluate vendor submittals and third-party engineering documentation for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination across engineering disciplines Participate in preconstruction efforts, including quantity takeoffs, cost support, and proposal input Qualifications and Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field 2-5 years of relevant engineering experience in infrastructure, utilities, construction, or renewable energy environments Exposure to civil site work such as grading, drainage, foundations, or stormwater management Understanding of structural principles, including load analysis and material considerations (steel, concrete, etc.) Experience reviewing engineering documents, calculations, or vendor submittals Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; additional software exposure is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, project-based environment Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits

Pay Details:
