L. Marshall and Sons is seeking both experienced and entry-level Field Engineers to join our team. Our Field Engineers work outdoors on construction job sites, supporting Superintendents and the construction team with layout elevations and column lines. Our Field Engineers perform heavy construction layout using a robotic total station and data collector, and are responsible for reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking experienced applicants, recent graduates, and entry-level candidates, as we have multiple openings. Experienced candidates will have a bachelor of science degree in construction management, civil engineering or engineering technology, and a strong background (5 years) in heavy construction layout using a robotic total station and data collector. Experience using AutoCAD Construction Suite is a definite plus. We will also consider training candidates with a high school diploma, strong math and recordkeeping skills, experience in construction or the military, familiarity with estimating and quantity measuring principles, and/or experience with AutoCAD, Laser, Auto Level or robotics programs. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. We are a full-service concrete contractor located in Seekonk, MA, servicing clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and southern New Hampshire.
