Structural Engineer Structural EngineerOverviewWe are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to join our team in a role that offers strong mentorship and growth. This opportunity is open to candidates at a variety of experience levels, including early-career engineers (0-10 years of experience), with a degree in engineering and an EIT or PE (or working toward licensure). Internship experience in structural engineering is highly valued.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across all phases of projects-from initial design through construction administration-while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, analyses, and construction cost estimates
• Support construction activities through shop drawing reviews, RFIs, and site observations
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and contractors throughout project lifecycles
• Participate in occasional site visits and inspectionsWhat We're Looking For
