Structural Engineer II (Beverly Hills, MI).

Responsibilities include:

Design and perform calculations of structural steel and concrete structures. Maintain and organize drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate with other disciplines i.e., architectural, mechanical, electrical, to ensure coordination of construction documents. Review shop drawing submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with PM, Architect, Design Professionals, other disciplines, Owner, Contractors to ensure necessary processes will be supported. Communicate scope changes to PM/supervisor and project team. Conduct site visits for field measuring and verification of existing conditions. Maintain continuing professional education in discipline. Take part in client contact and business development opportunities. Meet with clients to determine project scope. May supervise, coordinate, or review the work of a team of engineers. Less than 5% domestic travel.
