This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has construction experience, enjoys both field and office work, and is ready to take the next step toward a Project Manager career path. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, tradespeople, designers, and clients while gaining hands-on exposure to every phase of luxury residential construction. What You'll Do Project Support Act as an Assistant Project Manager on active projects Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination Attend site meetings with trades, vendors, and clients Assist with field decisions and problem-solving Bring solutions and recommendations to Project Managers Help maintain project schedules and jobsite organization Field Responsibilities Conduct site visits and inspections Meet with subcontractors and trade partners Coordinate material deliveries and pickups Assist with punch list completion and quality control Support jobsite cleanup and organization Help ensure projects are progressing according to plan Administrative Responsibilities Perform material take-offs and quantity calculations Assist with procurement and material coordination Maintain project documentation and records Utilize project management software and technology tools Communicate effectively between field and office teams What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of construction experience Experience in high-end residential remodeling Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Building Technology, or equivalent trade school experience Strong computer and technology skills Ability to read plans and specifications Ability to perform material take-offs Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Work Environment Approximately 50% office / 50% field Full-time position Local travel to project sites required Collaborative team environment focused on quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction About Our Company We specialize in luxury residential remodeling and custom home projects.
