The Role:
Collaborate on project proposals and estimates, supporting the pre-construction phase. Act as the central hub for project communication, ensuring clear and consistent information flow. Manage project costs, including reviewing budgets, processing change orders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Champion safety by reporting concerns, implementing corrective actions, and upholding safe work practices. Assist with project closeout activities, ensuring a smooth handover to the owner. Embody Granger's values in every interaction, building trust and positive relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum one year of project management experience in construction or engineering. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to lead by example. Proactive problem-solving and initiative. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting deadlines. Ability to see the big picture while focusing on detail. Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software.
