In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, planning, and managing a variety of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and sustainably. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using project management tools. Prepare detailed construction drawings and schematics utilizing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other CAD software. Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and ArcGIS to analyze spatial data for land surveying, system design, and environmental assessments. Perform construction estimating and cost analysis to support project budgeting and procurement processes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical engineers, mechanical engineers, water treatment specialists, and surveyors to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and detailed drawings for system design involving hydraulics, wastewater treatment, stormwater management (SWMM), and pipeline projects. Manage project schedules using tools like Project scheduling software to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Support construction management activities such as construction inspection, safety compliance checks, and progress reporting. Apply specialized knowledge in HEC (Hydrologic Engineering Center) models for hydrological analysis or Water Treatment systems as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced certifications or licenses are preferred. Proven experience with construction management processes from planning through completion. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, Mathcad, System design software (e.g., HECRAS), and GIS platforms such as ArcGIS. Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and construction estimating methods. Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles and land surveying practices. Knowledge of hydraulics systems including water treatment plants and wastewater management (SWMM). Experience with drafting technical schematics for pipelines or system layouts. Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports, specifications, and documentation. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
