Project Engineer - General Contractor

Position Summary Axiom Construction Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support our project management and field operations teams. This role plays a critical part in coordinating project documentation, subcontractors, schedules, and communication to help ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project operations Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners Maintain project schedules, logs, and reports Support procurement and material tracking Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Assist with project closeout documentation and punch lists Utilize project management software such as Autodesk Construction Build/Procore/Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Internship or construction experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Experience with construction management software preferred Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive compensation Career growth opportunities Hands-on experience across a variety of construction projects Collaborative and team-focused environment Employee Funded Health benefits and paid time off Company culture focused on safety, quality, and integrity Simple IRA with Company Match If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for building environments that shape the future, we'd love to hear from you. Pay:

$52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
