campus What To Expect Preventive maintenance on HVAC, pumps, motors, and air handlers Assist with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers Help troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and building systems Support small repairs, contractor coordination, and emergencies Work directly with experienced licensed engineers Exposure to boilers, HVAC, chillers, labs, and BAS Company pays for training and licenses Clear path to Stationary Engineer / Facilities leadership Stable, professional, long‑term environment What We're Looking For 1-2+ years in facilities, maintenance, HVAC, or mechanical work Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Comfortable with tools and safety practices Interest in earning engineering or boiler licenses Career Growth Promote from within License progression supported (2C → 2B → 1st Class) Steady hours and long‑term job security Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fridley, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
