. Key Responsibilities+ Maintain and repair: + Chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAVs, pumps + Troubleshoot:
+ Cooling towers, motors, generators, UPS systems + Perform preventive maintenance: + Filters, belts, chemical treatment/testing +
Support:
+ Plumbing, lighting, kitchen equipment, general mechanical systems + Follow safety procedures: + Lockout/tagout and compliance standards + Complete work orders and documentation accurately + Assist with facility projects and minor repairs
- Qualifications
- + 5+ years of building/facilities maintenance + 2+ years of HVAC troubleshooting (chillers, boilers, AHUs, pumps) + Strong mechanical and system knowledge + Experience with PM programs and work order systems + Solid troubleshooting and attention to detail

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
