Engineer•Civil Job Location US-MO-Kansas City Req Number 2025-3794 Category Experienced Roles Responsibilities This individual will be a member of our Kansas City Civil Engineering team. Primary responsibilities will be serving as design engineer and working with a group of engineers and CAD Technicians on a variety of site and land development projects. Project elements include layout, grading, stormwater drainage systems, water distribution, sanitary collection, stormwater detention, stormwater treatment, public roadways, etc. Other responsibilities, depending on level of experience, may include project management and business development related activities and assignments concentrated in a specific target area and project client interface. Great client service and technical capability is a must. Proactivity and initiative to meet client/end-user needs are pluses. Candidates applying for this position should have the ability to commute to or periodically travel to the affiliated office. To ensure the ability to setup a suitable home office space, Walter P Moore offers a one-time $1,000 stipend that would be paid upon completion of the first week of employment. An additional $50 monthly stipend will also be provided to cover ongoing home office expenses.
